With the “Keep Warm Function” you can keep the temperature of your dishes until they get to the table. Select the cooking zone corresponding to the function and press the “chef icon” until you reach the “Keep Warm Function”. The direct functions maintain the temperature constant. In the case of the “Keep Warm Function” the senses will keep the temperature at 60º. The necessary temperature to keep your plates from cooling whilst you finish your cooking.
