Medical Mission Trip to Haiti: Overcoming Challenges and Limited Supplies

A college nursing student wrote a journal entry about their experience on a medical mission team in Haiti after the earthquake in 2010.

Their departure was delayed due to issues with the chartered plane and they were instructed to pack minimal personal belongings.

The first team to arrive had not received their medical supplies yet and were working with what they brought.
